Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale residential development in Cork, consisting of over 100 apartment units. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate and supervise all site personnel, subcontractors, and trades.
  
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
  
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet key milestones.
  
• Liaise with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Design Team.
  
• Maintain site records including daily diaries, inductions, and delivery logs.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship standards.
  
• Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports.
  

• 
  
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential projects.
  
• Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S legislation.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  
• Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and relevant site management certifications. xcfaprz
  
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related discipline (preferred).
