JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Produce, shoot, edit & design content for FredNats social media and in-stadium use. The content includes video (mascot feature, players series, promotions, commercials) and motion graphics. Assist the Director of Creative Services with designing graphics for social media, video board, print, electronic marketing and other needs, ensuring all materials are completed in a timely and professional manner Maintain a cohesive look and feel to ensure that the Fredericksburg Nationals brand is represented consistently Design engaging collateral to support sales and group outings Assist in creating new and engaging social media campaigns Gather and create engaging in-game content for social media Assists in Media Relations, Promotions, Marketing department, and Merchandise Department with the following functions: Media support for all upcoming promotions. Support for pre-game & in-game live events. Media support for local non-game events, and merchandise content. Maintaining production equipment Other duties as assigned. Program Knowledge and Skills Required:

Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, and knowledge of content creation. Studio Equipment (i.e. Green Screen, Lights, microphones) General knowledge of baseball Must be passionate about sports and working in sports
