Requirements
• 3+ years of
Quality Assurance experience within an injection molding environment
• Proven experience in
testing plastics injection
molding products
• Bachelor's degree or higher - (preferred)
• Experience with correction actions (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone etc.)
• Previous experience with internal and external ISO Audits
• Previous blueprint experience and GD&T knowledge
• FAI (First Article Inspection) & PPAP understanding
• Prior programming and use of PC-DMIS for CMM
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Essential Duties May Include:
• Formatting quality plans, contract reviews, and launching new products to the floor
• Providing timely communication and delivery of test reports to customers
• Investigating and resolving quality issues by implementing corrective actions
• Developing and controlling inspection plans for molding and secondary operations
• Supporting and enforcing the ISO 9001:2015 management system
• Programming the CMM, Micro-Vu, optical comparators, and hand-held measuring equipment
• Assisting team with all quality tests
• Train, manage, and effectively lead team of quality personnel
