Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on software quality assurance testing methodology.
• Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies including experience with Atlassian or similar tools.
• Proficient in test management software.
• Some experience with manual testing of RESTful API's. Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs. Preferred Skill/Abilities:
• Testing experience within an organization that has utilized Rapid or Agile SDLC.
Familiar with SSRS reporting. Understanding of software design and programming principles. • Experience with OpenAI Chatbot.
• Experience with AWS Pinpoint.
Amazon Web Services (S3, IAM, CloudWatch, AWS API Gateway, DynamoDB)
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and physical and virtual hardware systems related to the IT operational environment.
• Experience with UNIX systems.
• Experience with browser testing tools like HTTPWatch, FireBug, WireShark, and Fiddler.
• Prior experience in Retail, Mail Order of Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, pharmaceutical or managed health care industry preferred.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
• Home-based office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and occasional local and/or overnight travel, including exposure to heat, cold, and inclement weather conditions. Transportation for travel typically will include automobile and plane.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
