We are seeking an experienced Contracts Managerto join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious and delivery‑focused professional to lead multi‑unit residential projects from inception through to handover. AsContracts Manager, you will take full ownership of a residential project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, coordinate with design consultants, and report directly to Company Directors.

• Lead projects from pre‑construction through to completion and handover
  
• Proficiency in Project Management and Risk Assessment
  
• Develop and manage detailed construction programmes
  
• Coordinate site management teams and subcontractors to align them with project objectives
  
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project margins
  
• Manage construction contract administration and liaising with company legals on risk strategy while maintaining compliance
  
• Promote and enforce a strong Health & Safety culture
  
• Ensure compliance with BCAR and Irish Building RegulationsMaintain strong client and consultant relationships
  

• 
  
• 10+ years’ experience with Main Contractor
  
• A proven track record delivering multi‑unit residential projects
  
• Degree‑qualified in Engineering, Construction xcfaprz Management or similar
  
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control capability
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
  
• Known for attention to detail and proactive approach
  
• Chartered status (CIOB / Engineers Ireland) is advantageous
