The Role

As a Design Coordinator with our client, you will be tasked with contributing to the pre-construction design phase of projects, assuming responsibility for the planning, coordination and review of engineering work within the project and ensuring compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements along with processes and procedures.

You will also coordinate key stakeholder’s approval through each stage of the project, ensuring compliance with Technical Design Department processes, procedures, and reporting, and verifying that drawings and specifications correctly meet with the project requirements.

This roel could suit either an Architectural Technologist or quite a technical Architect. xcfaprz

Required Background
  • Degree in Architecture/Construction Mgmt/Engineering or similar
  • 3+ years professional experience
  • Residential experience beneficial
  • Understanding of Irish Building Regs required
  • Track-record in delivering projects in the Irish market
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with all stakeholders
  • Must display a pragmatic, problem-solving approach to obstacles encountered
