An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Solicitor with 2-4 years' post-qualification experience to join a leading Corporate M&A team. This role will see you advising on complex and high-profile transactions, working with an international client base across various industry sectors. You will engage with pioneering market participants and provide both legal and commercial expertise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

• 2-4 years' post-qualification experience
