Our client is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead frontend architecture, drive delivery of complex features, and mentor engineers within a high-growth product team. This role focuses on building high-performance, enterprise-grade interfaces used by large global customers.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of major frontend components and systems.
- Make key decisions on architecture, performance, and state management.
- Deliver high-quality, well-tested features end-to-end.
- Collaborate with Product and Design; provide mentorship and code reviews.
- Improve tooling, workflows, and overall engineering quality.
- Support operational excellence through monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years building production-ready web apps using modern frameworks.
- Expert in TypeScript, React, and frontend performance optimisation.
- Strong experience with design systems, Storybook, testing (Jest/Cypress), and modern build tools.
- Solid UX sensibility with understanding of accessibility standards.
- Comfortable leading technical discussions, mentoring engineers, and working in distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-assisted development or AI-powered product features.
- Built interfaces for enterprise-scale environments.
- Startup or high-growth experience.
- Exposure to backend tech (Node.js, Python) and advanced state management. xcfaprz
