Senior Project Manager (MEP)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver brownfield MEP and infrastructure projects within a live manufacturing environment.

This role requires full end-to-end project lifecycle ownership, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder and relationship management across operations, engineering teams, and contractors.

This position is ideally suited to someone from an M&E contractor background with 10+ years’ experience delivering projects in operational (non-greenfield) environments.

• Own projects from scope development through to commissioning and handover
  
• Deliver works within a live site, managing tie‑ins, shutdowns, and phased installations
  
• Manage programme, budget, risk, and contractor performance
  
• Ensure safe, compliant delivery in line with site and regulatory requirements
  

• 
  
• Act as the key interface between operations, engineering, and contractors
  
• Build strong relationships to ensure minimal disruption to production
  
• Coordinate works around live operational constraints
  
• Lead project meetings and drive clear communication across all stakeholders
  
• Oversee construction within an operational manufacturing facility (brownfield)
  
• Manage permit‑to‑work systems, isolations, and safety compliance
  
• Coordinate daily site activities and contractor progress

• Electrical systems incl. transformers
  
• HVAC / ventilation systems
  
• Process & packaging line installations
  
• Plantroom and utility modifications
  

• 
  
• Coordinate multidisciplinary MEP design and execution
  
• Review technical documentation and ensure constructability
  
• Manage procurement, contractor selection, and cost/variation control
  
• Oversee testing, xcfaprz commissioning, and system integration
  
• Ensure full documentation and smooth handover to operations
  

• 
  
• 10+ years’ Project Management experience
  
• Strong experience in live manufacturing / industrial environments (essential)
  
• Proven delivery of brownfield (non-greenfield) projects
  
• Background with an M&E contractor (preferred)
  
• Experience delivering infrastructure, HVAC, electrical, or process systems
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Solid understanding of construction safety and live site constraints
