Location: Liverpool, Linksview Extra Care Scheme L25 7FR

Salary: Up to £25,364

Operating Company: Comfort Call

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

What You’ll Do:

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care services by effectively managing our dedicated care workers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and reviewing individual care plans.
• Supervising, instructing, and supporting care staff.

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for an efficient and organized Care Coordinator who is passionate about community care. You should excel in managing rotas to impeccable standards and take pride in building strong relationships with care workers.
