*Requirements*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
* Active state PT license
* BLS certification
* Skilled Nursing or rehab experience preferred
* Experience working in rural or resource-limited healthcare environments is a plus.
*Responsibilities*
* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation interventions
* Document care in EMR and maintain compliance with facility requirements
* Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care team
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Experience:
* Physical therapy: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
* Physical Therapy License (Required)
