Ensuring Excellence, One Inspection at a Time, Join Our Team as a Quality Testing Inspector. Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Inspector to support manufacturing operations by ensuring products meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and internal quality standards. This role performs in-process and final inspections, documents results, and works closely with Production and Quality teams to maintain product quality, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities: Perform in-process and final inspections to verify product conformance to specifications and quality requirements. Use calipers, gauges, visual inspection tools, and other measurement devices to inspect manufactured parts. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records in accordance with internal procedures. Identify, contain, and report nonconforming material, including stopping production when required. Maintain lot integrity and material traceability throughout the manufacturing process. Communicate inspection results and quality concerns with Production and Quality personnel. Support quality audits and follow established quality and safety guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred. Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement equipment. Ability to accurately document inspection results using computer or paper-based systems. Strong attention to detail, organization, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Physical requirements This position typically requires that the employee lift heavy boxes, products, or other items, up to or more than 50 lbs. This position will require that the employee stand for virtually their entire shift (8 or more hours) in a noisy environment Shift: M-F, 6am - 2:30pm
