1. Implement project flowchart and order processing in SAP / 在SAP系统中执行项目流程和订单处理

2. Monitor PMD use and data accuracy. Double check with engineer related to the project process. / 监控PMD的使用和数据准确性，与工程师一起检查项目进度

3. Monitor lead-time of certificates, and actively communicate with authority timely / 监控证书的交货期，并及时与相关部门积极沟通

4. Daily check on project folders, to ensure the implementation of company quality system / 日常检查项目文件夹，确保公司质量体系的实施

5. Support managers in the preparation and execution of their duties / 支持经理的日常工作和职责

6. Support for administrative inquiries from all technical support functions / 为所有技术部门提供行政支持

1. Minimum education: university degree in General / 最低学历：大学本科以上学历

2. Strong interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills / 良好的人际交往、沟通和表达能力

3. At least 1 year experience in administrative/technical support/secretary / 至少1年行政/技术支持/秘书工作经验

4. Good English skill, and Ms office skill / 良好的英语能力及Ms软件应用能力
