Key Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements. Design and deliver tailored, value-driven product demonstrations. Act as the solution expert throughout the pre-sales process. Support sales teams in competitive positioning and deal progression. Contribute to proposals, RFPs and RFIs. Map business needs to system capabilities and recommend solutions. Maintain knowledge of integrations, APIs, and HR/payroll system connectivity. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and implementation.

Essential: 35 years experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or related roles Experience delivering software demonstrations Strong understanding of SaaS environments Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable: Experience with workforce management, HR or payroll systems Knowledge of labour legislation Experience with RFP/RFI processes and CRM tools
