Our client is seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Manager to support the continued growth of their business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across multiple sectors. The position involves selling directly into the construction sector and end users, building strong partnerships and developing long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across the construction industry and end-user markets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that add value.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth delivery of projects.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the construction or related sectors.
* Experience selling to contractors, developers, or end users would be advantageous.
* Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
* Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organisational skills.
