Business Development Executive (Testing Service for Cybersecurity / Wireless Products)

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Collaborate with technical teams to align service offerings with customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners and service providers.
Support and handle customer accounts including customer enquiries, quotations and invoicing
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to promote services.
Contribute to annual business planning, market trend analysis and target setting.
Support marketing and sales activities; provide training to external clients when required.
Assist the Business Line in achieving overall business unit objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ IoT Engineering or related disciplines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Prior experience in a commercial laboratory or testing services industry is a definite advantage
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Excellent communication skills; self-motivated and self-driven, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to provide solutions and deliver service excellence.
Experience in cybersecurity/ mobile/ wireless topics is a strong plus
