Permanent Role | New Build Council Apartment Project

A well-established developer is looking for an experienced
Site Manager
to lead a new build
local authority project
in the
Kildare / Meath area .
This is a hands‑on role where you'll oversee all site activities - coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You'll work closely with the design team and the local council, taking ownership of day‑to‑day operations to keep the project running smoothly and on schedule.
What we're looking for:
5-7 years' experience in
new build projects , ideally in
council or apartment developments
A
trade background
or
construction‑related qualification
Proven ability to
lead a site team
and manage subcontractors effectively
Strong understanding of
groundworks, drainage, and structural works
Excellent organisational and communication skills
