Senior Lead Engineer - Electrical

We are now seeking senior lead engineers to join our team. The successful candidate will perform and lead complex client engineering assignments to ensure that business priorities are met. The client engineering function is responsible for undertaking project design reviews and site inspections on both contestable and non-contestable transmission projects to ensure that projects are developed in accordance with the client's functional specification standards. Delivery of these projects is required to meet key departmental and company objectives.

• Degree‑qualified electrical engineer with strong experience in high‑voltage transmission systems and emerging technologies.
  
• Proven project delivery, stakeholder engagement and communication capability across complex programmes.
  
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem‑solving skills with experience in onsite inspections.
  
• Professional membership desirable, with understanding of sustainability, carbon impacts and sector requirements.
