€110,000 – €130,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package
Overview
We are seeking experienced
Senior Estimators
with a background in
Build and/or Civil projects
to join a leading contractor based in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for build and civil engineering projects
Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare tender submissions
Manage the full tendering process from initial enquiry through to final submission
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing and technical information
Identify project risks and opportunities during the estimating phase
Collaborate closely with project managers and commercial teams
Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in
construction and/or civil engineering
Strong knowledge of Irish market rates and construction methodologies
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
Excellent analytical, xcfaprz negotiation, and communication skills
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management
