Field Service Engineer

Are you a technically skilled engineer who thrives in the field, building real relationships with clients while solving complex problems? This is a rare opportunity to work with cutting-edge robotic drug storage technology, supporting some of Ireland's leading healthcare and pharmaceutical facilities.

Based from home and covering Ireland, you'll be the go‑to expert for the installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of large-scale automated dispensing systems. You'll work independently, manage your own schedule, and take real ownership of client relationships from fault diagnosis to hands‑on repairs to preventative maintenance visits.

• 
  
• Level 6+ qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  
• Proven experience in electro‑mechanical fault diagnosis, repair, and installation
  
• Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to manage expectations at all levels
  
• Excellent self‑management and time‑keeping
  
• A proactive attitude and genuine pride in first‑time resolution
