Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality performance within the project. This role requires an independent and capable problem-solver who can investigate issues, identify root causes, and lead cross-functional corrective and improvement activities. The successful candidate will help ensure products and processes meet internal and customer requirements while driving measurable and sustained quality improvement.

Hours | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm


Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience


Responsible to | Quality Assurance Manager


What You'll be Doing

This role focuses on ensuring high standards of quality across both client-facing and internal operations. It involves supporting the investigation and resolution of quality issues, monitoring performance trends, and ensuring that all client, product, and regulatory requirements are clearly understood and consistently applied within manufacturing processes. The position also contributes to audits, client communications, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction through responsive quality management. Internally, it requires analysing defects and non-conformances, driving root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence. xcfaprz Additionally, the role emphasises process compliance through audits and documentation, while actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving and sustained quality performance.
