- Construction Materials (2 Roles) Territory:
* Kildare / Leinster
* Galway (Ideally based in Galway City) Salary: €55,000
- €65,000 + €10,000 Bonus | Company Car | Pension | Healthcare THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established supplier to the Irish construction industry, backed by a strong European group and with over 20 years of success in the market.
With continued growth across Ireland, they are now expanding their field sales team and looking to hire two Field Sales Representatives to cover key regions.
THE ROLE: This is a field-based sales position where you will spend the majority of your time on construction sites, engaging directly with main contractors and sub-contractors.
You will be responsible for selling a range of building materials, identifying opportunities on active sites and building strong, long-term relationships.
You will cover either Kildare/Leinster or Galway (with a strong preference for candidates based in Galway City).
While the role is predominantly on the road, you will also have flexibility to work from home when not visiting clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Selling construction materials directly to contractors on-site
* Building and maintaining relationships with main contractors and subcontractors
* Identifying opportunities across residential and commercial building projects
* Managing your own territory and pipeline of active sites
* Driving new business while maintaining existing accounts
* Keeping up to date with ongoing and upcoming construction projects THE PERSON: We are looking to speak with candidates who have experience selling into the construction sector, particularly at site level.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in field sales within construction or building materials
* A track record of selling to main contractors or subcontractors
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* A proactive, driven and self-sufficient approach

THE PACKAGE:
* Base Salary: €55,000
- €65,000 (DOE)
* Bonus: €10,000
