My client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Dublin who work on a variety of projects including, residential, commercial, data centres and public works. Due to their continued growth, they have a new requirement for an Office Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will work within their experienced Consultancy team to manage the Dublin office and support consultants in the delivery of projects across multiple sectors, including data centres, infrastructure, commercial office, retail, health, education, hotel and leisure and residential. This role will also support the CEO and COO with diary management and travel.
This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote working.
Responsibilities- Manage Dublin office for consultancy teams on a day-to-day basis
- Act as main point of contact for Dublin office for all teams
- Work with the CEO, COO, Head of Cost Management and Project Management in tender applications, fee proposals, and public sector bids.
- Support marketing function by scheduling / gathering information from the key stakeholders within the business to minimize external agency workload for key projects.
- Work on tender documents for submission alongside brand agency for submission.
- Review E-Tenders daily and notify team of any upcoming opportunities / tenders.
- Work on bid and client presentations for senior management in line with timelines and high standards required
- Project Management as a requirement on the above.
- Support CEO in travel and diary management
- Manage and co-ordinate professional accreditation process as required.
- Ensure that the company is compliant with all recommendations from any external audit.
- Assist in continuous internal auditing of the company's environmental code, health and safety and finance, ensure that the company is fully compliant.

- Minimum 2 + years of relevant experience within the Construction sector.
- Procurement experience and bidding exposure an advantage
- Exposure to public works contracts essential
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for the role
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and teams
- Understanding of construction contracts and procurement routes
- Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
