The role builds a scalable, competency‑first partner ecosystem and ensures partners are correctly profiled, enabled, and routed to the most effective engagement model.
What You’ll Do- Team Leadership & Strategy Execution: Lead and develop a team covering partner enablement (program management, certification, competency development) and partner intelligence (AI‑driven profiling, data quality, partner classification). Translate strategy into clear objectives, embed execution excellence, and build team capability through coaching and performance management.
- Services‑Led Partner Enablement Execution: Execute the services‑enablement strategy across the partner ecosystem and ensure partners meet competency requirements and are equipped for services‑based growth. - AI‑Powered Partner Profiling Leadership: Own the execution of the profiling process with your intelligence team. Ensure accurate partner qualification, scoring, and routing into the correct engagement model. Drive improvements in data completeness, profiling accuracy, and time‑to‑qualification. Maintain partner intelligence systems health and validation workflows.
- Cross‑Functional & Program Alignment: Partner with channel stakeholders, field partner teams, services development teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution. Influence competency frameworks and certification requirements. Act as an escalation point for partner capability and profiling issues.
- Distribution Alignment (Transitional): Support the transition of volume‑business management responsibilities to the distribution operations team. Coordinate processes tied to partner readiness and data quality during transition.

- Background in process improvement or operational excellence programs.
- Leadership Impact: Build and lead the team that powers partner enablement and profiling operations across Europe.

- Team Development Opportunity: Build and develop a talented team combining enablement professionals and intelligence analysts.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Work with channel stakeholders, services development teams, technical teams, program teams, and marketing teams.
