About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a high end project in Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of site operations on a multi million euro residential development.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams, maintaining clear communication and driving programme delivery. xcfaprz
What you will need
A relevant construction qualification or trade background
Proven experience managing high-end / luxury residential projects
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Ability to manage subcontractors and programme delivery effectively
Strong knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
