HumanN is looking for a Senior Copywriter to drive the success and growth of the humann brand along with new and existing products across all channels. In this role, you will be an important contributor to our in-house creative team, and a vital storyteller on behalf of our brand as we engage our customers and our audiences with brand and product messaging across their consumer journeys.
A day in the life of a Senior Copywriter at humann will include writing clear, persuasive, original copy while working in a close-knit creative partnership with the Director of Integrated Marketing Communications, our in-house creative team and key channel stakeholders across acquisition and retention.
This position reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing Communications and works closely with individuals across Retention, DTC, Brand, and Retail teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Write clear, persuasive, original copy within our defined brand tone of voice and according to regulatory guidelines while also helping us to stretch that tone of voice in new directions as look for ways to align to our brand pillars.
Areas of copywriting include, but are not limited to, digital marketing (social ads, video scripts, email, landing pages, blog posts, website), consumer packaging and unboxing, e-commerce (including Amazon) and other digital experiences.
Concept and write original and engaging content to support thought-leadership and education within our target consumer segments such as blog posts, personalized quiz results, or expert interviews.
Collaborate with creative team members and key stakeholders across departments to help determine the concept and copy of campaigns or key marketing initiatives
Brainstorm, concept, create, present and execute innovative creative marketing and advertising work that connects with our target consumer needs and promotes our unique ability to address them, while driving measurable results.
Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts
Support with industry trade shows and assist with trade show preparation, booth experience and execution, and lead generation creation and follow up within Medical, Team Sales, and Retail channels. Examples include A4M, CPSDA, Retail account shows
Lead sales enablement content development efforts for Medical, Retail and other channels as needed. Examples include sales collateral or educational content for channel specific needs such as webinars or social media content for Medical or Retail channels
Perform other marketing and copy-related tasks as needed to support our overall brand growth and sales.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of professional copywriting experience
3+ years experience in concepting for web, mobile, social, and emerging platforms
3+ years experience working on national or global e-commerce brands
Degree within a writing-based discipline (journalism, advertising, creative writing, etc.)
2+ years of experience in managing a copywriting team or resource(s)
