*Overview*
The Stacia Group, LLC is seeking a broadly experienced Senior Project Manager in Chantilly, VA. This IT Systems Integration Senior Project Manager will lead and manage the integration of network, infrastructure, and information technology solutions for the Space Development Agency (SDA). This role is a critical component of the Enterprise Operations team, serving as the subject matter expert for network infrastructure and IT solutions. The position is responsible for leading new mission solution projects, unifying disparate classified and unclassified networks, and deploying new capabilities to support SDA’s technical cells and the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA). The successful candidate will drive complex technical projects from initial requirements gathering through to a stable operational state, ensuring seamless integration with DoD, IC, and USSF communications systems. Government-centric, courteous, responsive, professional, and superior leadership skills are essential. This is a non-telework position.
*Principle Responsibilities and Duties*
_Network & Infrastructure Management:_
o Serve as the lead subject matter expert for assigned networking and infrastructure projects, including physical servers, storage, virtual machines, and facility network connections.
o Work with the Enterprise Operations IT Solutions Support Team and Business Manager to identify and define networking requirements from internal SDA stakeholders.
o Lead the effort to stand up and connect networks in new and existing SDA facilities.
_IT & Mission Solutions Integration:_
o Lead efforts to introduce and integrate new IT capabilities into SDA's enterprise network infrastructure.
o Support SDA's technical and PWSA mission cells by delivering needed capabilities to remote facilities operating outside the primary SDA enterprise network.
o Develop and manage partnerships with other government agencies to gain access to required tools and services.
o Advise leadership on appropriate technical strategies and paths forward for all new IT-related requirements.
_Classified IT Solutions:_
o Act as the SDA subject matter expert for assigned classified networks and IT capabilities, advising staff on available systems and managing existing infrastructure.
o Lead the implementation of a multi-level classification system for use across all SDA facilities.
o Identify solutions and lead the migration from SDA’s multiple existing classified network providers to a single, unified service.
_Project & Process Management:_
o Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise integration projects, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment, and successfully transition systems to the operations and maintenance team.
o Develop new requirements and author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new systems, ensuring they are stable before handing them off to the Enterprise IT Support Team for long-term operations and maintenance.
o Compile system requirements from SDA programs and cells, solicit leadership approval, and complete all necessary documentation.
o Oversee the acquisition of hardware/software and supervise deployed systems to assure compliance with all operating and security requirements.
*Qualifications*
* MUST be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active TS Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
* Must hold a current Security+ certification or a higher-level DoD 8140/8570 certification.
* 10-15 years of project management experience in government IT systems.
* Demonstrated knowledge of DoD network and information systems (NIPR/SIPR/JWICS).
* Proven experience identifying process workflows and authoring standard operating procedures for information technology operations.
* Strong background in organizational IT, network, and domain support operations.
* Excellent briefing and writing skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both leadership and general users.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* 15+ years of project management experience defining requirements, schedule, and major milestones with end-to-end oversight of DoD IT systems.
* PMP certification (for Project Managers) or advanced networking certifications such as CCNA/CCNP (for Engineers).
* Knowledge of USAF/USSF AFNet networks, information systems, policies, and regulations.
* Experience in enterprise-level, multi-location campus IT, network, and domain support operations.
* Strong technical knowledge of network planning, design, and administration in a classified environment.
* Proven experience authoring technical documentation related to system integration, information security, and classified data handling.
* Ability to develop and maintain detailed network environment and infrastructure diagrams.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
