Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. This role focuses on supporting technology leadership in program-wide activities, including financial management, coordination across multiple projects and workstreams, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in project management, change management, PMO, or a similar field Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent analytical and presentation abilities Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge or experience with large-scale ERP systems Experience in managing complex projects simultaneously Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations and reports Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution Company Benefits & Culture
