We are a family owned, fast-growing trucking company looking for an "in house" IT manager. We rely heavily on technology to keep trucks moving, drivers connected, and cash flow steady. We’re looking for a *reliable, hands-on IT person*to keep everything running smoothly and fix problems fast. *What You’ll Do*
* Maintain and troubleshoot office computers, printers, and network systems * Manage internet, Wi-Fi, and security systems * Oversee transportation software (TMW), ELD systems, and driver tech * Handle email issues, server access, and data backups * Improve cybersecurity and prevent downtime * Set up new equipment and onboard employees * Be the go-to person when anything tech breaks (because it will)
*What We’re Looking For*
* 2+ years of IT support experience (or strong real-world experience) * Experience with networks, routers, firewalls, and basic cybersecurity * Familiarity with trucking systems (ELDs, TMW, ISAAC, etc.) is a *huge plus* * Problem-solver who can think fast and fix things without babysitting * Organized and able to prioritize multiple issues * Reliable and responsive — downtime is not an option
*Bonus Points*
* Experience with QuickBooks, TMW systems, or load tracking software * Knowledge of cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) xmvmafu * Basic automation or process improvement skills

Pay: $77,158.90 - $92,922.54 per year
