Job Description: We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to define and drive overall test strategy while ensuring high-quality software delivery across releases. The role requires strong test leadership capabilities, including setting testing standards, owning test planning and execution, and mentoring junior QA engineers to improve team productivity and quality outcomes. The candidate must have hands-on experience in test automation using Playwright with Gherkin-based BDD frameworks, along with strong expertise in manual and exploratory testing. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining automated test suites, leading performance and load testing efforts, and ensuring adequate test coverage across functional and non-functional requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, quality-focused, and comfortable working across the SDLC, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to identify risks early and drive continuous quality improvements.
