We are seeking a Senior React / React Native Developer (5+ years of experience) with deep, hands-on expertise in building, optimizing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android. This role requires someone who can take full ownership, operate independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, microservices-driven environment with frequent production releases.
In this role, you will: Core Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android Integrate mobile applications with backend systems via secure REST APIs Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues and defects Collaborate closely with backend, product, and QA teams in an Agile environment Implement monitoring, logging, and crash reporting solutions Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and technical design discussions
Who You Are:
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in React Native mobile development Strong expertise in: JavaScript (ES6+), React fundamentals (Hooks, State, Props, Context, Custom Hooks) Experience with state management: Redux / Context API, Redux Toolkit, Thunk and/or Saga Strong experience with REST API integration Solid understanding of native mobile concepts (iOS & Android lifecycle, debugging) Proficiency in TypeScript Experience with: Push notifications, Analytics and crash reporting tools Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest or similar) Knowledge of mobile security best practices Preferred Qualifications
Experience with React (Web) development Exposure to eCommerce or B2B applications Experience optimizing performance for large-scale mobile applications Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployments Experience working in cloud-integrated environments (Azure, AWS) AI & Modern Development Expectations (Required)
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar Ability to: Leverage AI for code generation, debugging, and test creation Improve development efficiency through AI-assisted workflows Awareness of AI-driven user experiences (recommendations, personalization) is a plus
