We are seeking a Data Engineer who can work across the full data lifecycle-from integrating and transforming data to delivering business-ready reports and analytics solutions. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, supporting both backend data processes and the development of reporting solutions used by business teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with complex data, quickly learning business concepts, and translating requirements into scalable data solutions.
The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, design efficient data models, build automated data pipelines, and deliver clear and reliable reports that support operational and strategic decision-making. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate reporting needs into technical solutions Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, data models, and automated workflows Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI, SSRS, or similar tools Build and maintain SQL-based datasets and transformations for reporting and analysis Implement automation and integration solutions using Python, APIs, or cloud services Collaborate with teams to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability Break down complex problems and deliver scalable solutions independently Perform code reviews, testing, and validation to ensure data accuracy Manage development work, track progress, and deliver projects on schedule Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of data workflows What You Should Bring
BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL (Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL preferred) 2+ years of experience building reports or dashboards (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau) Experience with Python or scripting for automation and data processing Experience with ETL processes or data pipeline development Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory or Azure Functions is a plus Strong ability to translate business rules into data logic and reporting solutions Experience supporting end-to-end analytics workflows Experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, coding assistants) is a plus Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities What you can be apart of

Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year. 11 Paid Holidays per year. Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child. Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
