Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Solutions Architect
with 12+ years in IT, including significant experience in
enterprise architecture, solution design, development, and implementation . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
BSS/OSS systems ,
full-stack system development , and
end-to-end enterprise solutions , with hands-on experience in
Angular, Java (Spring/Spring Boot/J2EE), API Gateway, MySQL, and distributed systems architecture .
The role requires the ability to
develop solution vision and architecture documents , guide complex integrations, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, roadmaps, and strategic goals. This position demands strong collaboration and leadership skills to work across business, IT delivery teams, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities: Develop the solution vision and architecture, including capability-to-systems mapping, integration strategy, and technology design. Engage with business owners, product managers, and SMEs to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure consistency with architecture blueprints. Lead requirements analysis, solution design sessions, and architecture gap resolution. Drive system integration, defining interface/technical specifications and end-to-end data flows. Conduct POCs, research, and compatibility assessments for new technologies. Identify non-functional requirements (performance, security, operational) and ensure solutions are maintainable, operable, and deliver expected business value. Collaborate with IT delivery teams, technical leads, and PMs to manage dependencies and project impacts. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 12+ years of IT experience, covering at least three areas: architecture, requirements/design, development, testing, and application support. 4+ years of experience in BSS/Telecommunications enterprise systems. 4+ years of experience architecting and designing large-scale enterprise solutions. 2+ years of experience implementing/integrating complex systems, including COTS, SaaS, and third-party solutions. Hands-on experience with
Angular, Java (Spring/Spring Boot/J2EE), API Gateway, MySQL, distributed systems architecture . Knowledge of BSS, OSS, IT, and industry standards (TMF, MEF, ITIL, IETF, IEEE) is highly desirable. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Proven ability to drive complex, end-to-end solutions and understand the impact of architecture/design decisions on delivery.
