Job Descriptions:
  • Be responsible for monitoring the storage status of stationary and office supplies; order stationary and other office supplies in time to make sure the normal storage. 办公用品及消耗品采购及费用管理,定期检查办公用品及易耗品库存,及时进行采购,确保办公用品及易耗品供应充足
  • Be responsible for maintaining the cleanness and tidiness of reception area and public area. 环境维护:负责前台及公共区域/设备的维护与管理。
  • Be responsible for guest visiting reception: To answer in-coming calls with polite and professional skills and attitude, to record and transfer calls correctly and timely. To provide professional support for visitors. 来访接待:使用礼貌用语接听总机来电,并做好电话接转、记录与转达工作,来访客人的咨询、接待、登记、道路指引等工作。
  • Be responsible for courier and warehouse management: To send/receive goods and samples and make registration correctly. To maintain the cleanness of warehouse. 文件收发/仓库整理:负责各类文件、信函等的整理和登记,负责确保仓库的整洁。
  • Office and IT assets management: Be responsible for conduct inventory for office and IT assets every year and the disposable work. 固定资产管理:每年协助做好办公室及IT固定资产的盘点及报废工作。
  • Support for meeting and activity. 员工活动支持:负责协助公司内外部接待和员工活动的相关支持工作。
Job Requirements:
  • College degree with CET4 大专及以上学历,CET4
  • 1-3 year experience of administration or receptionist 1-3年行政前台工作经验
  • Good operation skills of MS office and office software 熟练使用 office 办公软件及自动化设备,具备基本的网络知识
  • Handle various tasks at the same time with initiative, self-responsible working style 以主动、负责的工作风格同时处理各种任务
  • Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
