Job Descriptions:
- Interpret relevant ADAS/ADS regulations and standards, provide customers with technical training on related regulations. 解读相关ADSA/ADS 法规及标准，给客户提供相关法规的技术培训。
- Assist customers to develop test validation program related to ADS/ADAS, including track test/ real road test/simulation tests, etc. 协助客户制定智驾系统相关的测试验证方案，包括场地测试/实际路试/模拟仿真等方面。
- Prepare test plan and responsible for the execution and risk management of the project process, arrange regular client meetings and provide timely feedback on project progress. 准备测试计划，并负责项目执行过程及风险管理，安排定期的客户会议，保证项目季度的及时反馈。
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure that the test is carried out according to plan, communicate instantly on problems findings in the test and solution discussions. 协调内外部资源，保证测试按计划开展，对测试发现的问题即时沟通，并参与问题解决讨论。
- Carry out real-world road tests in locations not limited to Europe/America/Australia/Middle East/Japan/Korea/ASEAN and other global hot markets. 参与实际道路测试，测试地点包括不限于欧洲/美洲/澳洲/中东/日本/韩国/东盟等全球热点市场。
- Collect deliverables such as test records/problem lists and issue project summary reports. 整理测试记录/问题清单等交付物，并出具项目汇总报告。
- Control project progress and management, maintain good customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. 掌控项目进展及管理，维护良好的客户关系, 确保卓越的客户满意度。
- Develop the new business according to the enquires from Key customers and the new technology. 根据大客户的需求和新计划，开发新的业务内容。

- Bachelor (or above) Engineer, preferred automotive background, e.g. Automotive, automotive electronics, assisted/Autonomous driving, automation, communication and other related majors. 本科（或以上）工程师，汽车行业背景优先，如车辆工程、汽车电子、辅助/自动驾驶、自动化、通讯等相关专业。
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills. 良好的人际交往、沟通和表达能力。
- Good knowledge of vehicle safety concept, and knowledge on the products, which including components, systems, and the complete vehicle. 具备良好的汽车安全概念和产品知识，包括零部件、系统和整车。
- Strong customer relationship, good market reputation and ability to expand connections in the industry. 牢固的客户关系，良好的市场信誉和在行业内拓展人脉的能力。
- A minimum of 2 years’ ADAS/ADS working experience in a homologation dept. of famous European Technical service, European automotive companies’ homologation or testing dept., in an international or national labs or in an OEM homologation or testing dept. 至少2年以上欧洲著名技术服务机构，欧洲汽车公司认证或测试部门，国际或国内实验室或OEM认证或测试部门的ADAS/ADS等相关工作经验。
- Be familiar with relevant national and international standards, regulations and active safety test requirements such as Euro NCAP, and have the ability to interpret regulations, etc. 熟悉相关的国家、国际标准、法规及Euro NCAP等主动安全测试要求, 具备解读法规等能力。
- Those familiar with the following fields will be given priority: the design, development, verification and testing processes related to ADAS/ADS, as well as ADS operation management, etc. 熟悉以下领域者优先考虑：ADAS/ADS的相关的设计、开发、验证和测试等流程，及ADS运营管理等。
