Job Description:
- Responsible for the countries’ RF approval in Eastern and South East Europe, South America & South East Asia & handle the project independently. 负责东欧和东南亚、南美和东南亚国家的无线认证业务，并独立处理项目
- Be sensitive in client’s request, market needs and develop the new business opportunity as much as possible. 对客户的要求、市场需求保持敏感，并尽可能开发新的商机
- Achieve the yearly target assigned by supervisor including providing excellent service to internal and external clients, improve the target countries project numbers, develop more channels which help in improving leadtime & reducing cost. 实现主管分配的年度目标，包括为内部和外部客户提供卓越的服务，提高目标国家的项目数量，开发更多有助于提高交货时间和降低成本的渠道
- Independent assessment of service, procedure / or documents for responsible countries as an internal or external service, and further develop & keep continuous improvement of the standard procedures. 作为内部或外部服务的负责国家的服务、程序/或文件的独立评估，并进一步发展并保持标准程序的持续改进
- Further development of market access knowledge in more countries/services. 在更多国家/服务中进一步发展市场准入知识
- Follow company procedure, and well use company IT tools so to improve working efficiency. 遵循公司流程，善用公司IT工具，提高工作效率
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction, in-time customer complaints handling. 维护和提高客户满意度，及时处理客户投诉
- University degree or above. 大学本科及以上学历
- Know about the CE/FCC standards for RF technology like WiFi, Bluetooth, Cellular…. 了解射频技术的 CE/FCC 标准，比如蓝牙，WiFi， LTE......
- Have experience of wireless certification or in the field of relative industry. 有无线认证经验或相关行业领域
- Fluent speaking and writing of English and Chinese, additional Spanish skill will be an advantage. 流利的英语和中文口语和写作，有额外的西班牙语技能者优先
- Communication and negotiation skills due to daily contact with clients and authorities. 有良好的与客户和管理机构的沟通和谈判技巧
- Motivation and dedication to achieve set targets. 有实现既定目标的动力和执行精神
- Personal management skills. 有良好的个人管理能力
