Job Description

- Manage projects - this includes: arranging meetings and communicating with customers and other business partners, collecting quotations from subcontractors (if any), coordinating project activities between the involved parties, etc. Ensure that orders from customers are fulfilled as agreed, accurately, and within scheduled time.

- Conducts inspections usually as part of maintenance schedules typically by carrying out testing, measuring, examining and gauging activities

- Review documents and prepare test reports.

- Coordinate with reviewers and certification office on the issuance of certificates/licenses.

- Deliver certificates/licenses to customers.

- Make contact with country agencies (authorities), rule makers; evaluate impact on existing services and extend information to the Products Manager.

- Prepare and submit monthly report to the direct Manager (if requested).

- Take initiative to support promotional activities and other countries’ approvals.

- Ensure operational excellence is achieved and continuous improvement activities and methods are consistently applied.

Experience & Further Qualifications
  • University degree in electrical, electronic engineering, Automation.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • At least 01 year experience in and/or projects-related role
  • Experience in working both independently and team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
