As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring accurate and timely quotations are provided. You’ll play a key role in converting interest into business while maintaining strong internal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels Qualifying customer requirements and identifying suitable solutions Producing accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner Updating and maintaining the CRM system with all customer interactions Following up on quotes to maximise conversion rates Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing Delivering a professional and consultative customer experience The Ideal Candidate
