Job Summary
Our modern, patient-centered practice at Knoxville Dental Partners serves South Knoxville and surrounding areas with state-of-the-art dental care in a welcoming environment. We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to provide high-quality comprehensive treatment to our well-established and loyal patient base. You will work Monday through Thursday (office closed Fridays) alongside an experienced, close-knit clinical and administrative team dedicated to supporting your success and providing an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including fillings, extractions, crown and bridge, root canal therapy, and dentures with a strong focus on quality, comfort, and long-term outcomes.
* Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, present clear treatment plans, and educate patients on preventive care and treatment options.
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and utilize practice technology and digital tools in accordance with office protocols.
* Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure efficient scheduling, case acceptance, and seamless patient flow.
* Adhere to all infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and state board regulations while promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Active Tennessee Dental License in good standing; ability to obtain and maintain all required state and federal credentials.
* 2 or more years of clinical experience in general dentistry preferred, with demonstrated competency in restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, and basic surgical procedures.
* Active DEA registration preferred, with a strong understanding of appropriate prescribing practices and relevant regulations.
* Excellent chairside manner, communication, and patient-education skills, with a commitment to building long-term patient relationships.
* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate, receive feedback, and contribute to the ongoing growth and culture of the practice.
