As a Civil Engineer you will lead and manage multiple infrastructure and building projects, including structural steel analysis, design, and construction. The Civil Engineer must possess a strong background in civil engineering principles and practices, with experience in project management and construction management. The Civil Engineer must have a strong technical background, proven project management abilities, and the skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders. This role involves working on various infrastructure projects, ensuring that Government and Public / Civic designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Develop detailed designs for grading, drainage, dry -wet utility and other public improvements Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and environmental impact assessments Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for routine and complex projects Prepare Survey Scopes for Property land use controls Collaborate with Design teams on review of building designs and plans Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects. Prepare and maintain accurate records of project work, including reports and documentation Complete technical and report writing Prepare and present project proposals to clients and company stakeholders, including cost estimates and timelines. Collaborate with our Architect, external contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success. Attend formal training and maintain certifications Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise-ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Ensure all engineering activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations Conduct quality control inspections and tests on materials and workmanship Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Must have at least 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering Proven experience in civil engineering projects for construction Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, or other engineering design tools. Work w/ 3D BIM Revit/ 3D Civil / D AutoCAD / Bluebeam / Spec INTACT Strong technical writing skills for creating reports, proposals, and project documentation. Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in construction monitoring to ensure compliance with design specifications. Experience with construction projects in Federal/Military, Industrial, Manufacturing, or other forms of construction highly desired- NAVFAC / USACE
