Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Operations Specialist (COS) who is passionate about accuracy and efficiency to join our team. The COS will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth management of content processes, approval workflows, and adherence to brand guidelines. This role is vital in driving operational accuracy and efficiency across our content initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in content management or a related role, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage and streamline content approval workflows to ensure timely and accurate publication. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and compliance standards before publication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams, to ensure smooth content operations. Implement and maintain quality control measures to drive operational efficiency. Coordinate with stakeholders to manage and prioritise content projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Ticket management Creation and management of a ticking system to secure necessary approvals on time Oversee the implementation process to ensure correct and on-time implementation. Closure of tickets post successful implementation within the permissible timeline Tracking and monitoring of tickets and report generation Continuously assess and improve operational processes for greater accuracy and efficiency. Serve as the point of contact for content-related issues, providing solutions that maintain quality and compliance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field. 3+ years of proven experience in content management, approval workflows, or a related operational role. Strong understanding of brand guidelines and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
