About the Role We are seeking a highly execution-focused SEO Lead to manage and elevate organic performance across a portfolio of web properties. This role is hands-on and operational, responsible for maintaining strong SEO health scores while evolving search strategy toward Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Optimization (AIO). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technical and product SEO, experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Crown peak, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving SEO issues early in the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage SEO performance across multiple web properties using Crown peak CMS Create, track, and resolve SEO-related tickets in collaboration with development teams Maintain high SEO health scores across all managed websites Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in development before production releases Oversee structured data, schema markup, metadata, canonicalization, internal linking, XML sitemaps, and site speed optimization Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement corrective actions Execute on-page SEO including meta tags, headers, keyword optimization, and content structuring Optimize content for search intent, compliance requirements, and user experience Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and IT teams Utilize tools like
SEMrush
for keyword tracking, audits, and performance monitoring Validate SEO fixes in development before production deployment Build dashboards and report on SEO KPIs Lead transition toward GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AIO (AI Optimization) Adapt content and site architecture for AI-driven search and generative results Manage and guide SEO content resources, ensuring quality and performance improvements Required Skills 6–10+ years of hands-on SEO execution experience Strong expertise in Technical SEO and Product SEO Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Crown peak preferred) Proven track record of maintaining high SEO health scores across multiple sites Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals, structured data, schema, and crawl/indexation Experience working in regulated industries such as Healthcare or Life Sciences Proficiency with SEO tools like
