Responsibilities : • Develop and deploy supervised and unsupervised models using Python, MLflow, and Databricks • Collaborate on experimentation strategies, including A/B testing and causal inference • Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and cost across cloud environments • Contribute to the design of human-in-the-loop workflows and explainable AI systems • Partner with data engineers to ensure robust data access and preprocessing • Document model assumptions, limitations, and decision boundaries for transparency
Qualifications : Required : • Minimum Education: High School or general equivalent • Minimum Experience: 3 years in data engineering or a closely related field • Develop and deploy supervised and unsupervised models using Python, MLflow, and Databricks • Collaborate on experimentation strategies, including A/B testing and causal inference • Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and cost across cloud environments • Contribute to the design of human-in-the-loop workflows and explainable AI systems • Partner with data engineers to ensure robust data access and preprocessing • Document model assumptions, limitations, and decision boundaries for transparency • Systems Thinking: Understands how models interact with broader workflows and user behavior • Curiosity & Rigor: Balances experimentation with disciplined evaluation and reproducibility • Communication: Explains complex modeling decisions to technical and non-technical audiences • Ethical Judgment: Recognizes when automation should be constrained or augmented by human input • Collaboration: Works fluidly across disciplines to co-create solutions that are both innovative and responsible
Preferred : • Preferred Experience: 5 years with hands on experience in Databricks or Spark based systems
