Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers through regular coaching, performance feedback, and career planning Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Provide technical leadership across teams, contributing to architectural discussions, design decisions, and delivery execution Establish and reinforce engineering standards, best practices, and quality expectations across the development lifecycle Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to translate roadmaps into actionable technical strategies Support Agile delivery processes, ensuring teams are effectively executing against priorities and timelines Enable teams to leverage modern development practices including CI/CD, cloud-native design, and DevOps principles
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams 6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on technical depth Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Ability to contribute to system architecture and design conversations across modern application stacks Proven success building and leading high-performing engineering teams in Agile environments Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices
