TOTS is a multi-disciplinary pediatric practice that values our patients, their families, and our wonderful staff. As a TOTS PT you will have access to experienced clinicians and innovative equipment and programs such as ITP, paddle boarding therapy, and aquatic therapy. We show our commitment to staff development through our structured 6-week onboarding program (which includes shadowing, trainings, and structured ramp up to full caseload); weekly in-services; and continuing education allowance. We also have an organizational structure that leads to professional growth in the company and develops leadership skills. TOTS has multiple locations in the metro Atlanta/North Georgia area. Full-time position includes competitive base salary commensurate with experience; multiple ways to bonus; 401K program with matching; medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability benefits; bereavement and jury duty payment; 8 paid holidays as well as personal time off/vacation pay; and continuing education reimbursement.
