*Duties:*
* Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
* Implement and administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion
* Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue at home
* Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
* Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
*Experience:*
* Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
* Valid or eligible Colorado state license as a Physical Therapist
* Strong foundation in anatomy, movement science, and patient-centered care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
