*Caseyville Nursing & Rehab Center*, a skilled nursing community, who strives to provide clinical excellence and compassionate care to our residents. Our community is in need of Registered Nurses (RN) to fill full time day shift and full-time evening shifts.
Candidates should desire to be a part of a quality health care team with emphasis on supporting the mission and vision of our facility in its efforts to support our residents, family members, co-worker’s general public.
*Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse include:*
· Administer medications, provide vaccinations and render treatment
· Communicate with physicians and other medical professionals
· Collaborate with physicians to create a Plan of Care for each patient
· Create and contribute to patients’ medical records as needed
· Respond to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients
· Track and maintain medical supply inventory along with other staff members
· Counsel patients and family members before, during and after treatment
*Requirements of a Registered Nurse include:*
· Nursing experience, preferably clinical experience in long term care
· Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois
· Willingness to work
· Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
· Ability to explain treatments and conditions
· Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations
· Well-groomed and neat presenting
*Benefits of a Registered Nurse include:*
Offer a wide range of employment options and bonus structures depending on your need including:
· Sign on bonus paid out monthly-$3000 paid at $500 per month for 6 months for full-time employment.
· Weekend option programs with higher pay rate $44 to $48 per hour (not eligible for sign on bonus) - Option 1 - 8-hour shifts, work 8-hour shifts on Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon and get 8 hours of bonus pay. Option 2 - 12-hour shifts, work 12-hour shifts on Sat/Sun and get 8 hours of bonus pay.

Pay: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour
