We’re looking for an enthusiastic full-time and part-time Fitness Specialist to join our team—no sales, upselling, or quotas required. Design and implement individualizes exercise programs incorporating flexibility, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning. Support the coordination and delivery of community-wide wellness programs and initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fitness environment for all residents. Foster positive relationships with residents and staff, motivating and encouraging active lifestyles. Provide specialized training for clients with diverse medical conditions and cognitive impairments. Minimum of 1-year related work experience Current CPR/First Aid certifications. Experience in evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a plus.
