What is the job about?
As our People Systems & Process Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling a data-driven approach across the employee lifecycle. Sitting within the People team and formally reporting into Core HR, the role partners across the wider People function including Recruitment, Talent, Learning and Corporate Services.
You will be hands on in the development and optimisation of the HRIS and related people systems, ensuring they deliver accurate, timely, and insightful data. Leveraging automation and AI tools, you will generate predictive insights, streamline workflows, and produce actionable reporting that informs decision-making, improves processes, and supports strategic outcomes.
What exactly will you do?
* Improving and optimising our HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS)
* Supporting ongoing system development and enhancements
* Streamlining processes across HR and Recruitment
* Producing dashboards and reporting (including board packs)
* Acting as a system superuser and supporting colleagues
* Supporting future improvements in how systems integrate across the business
* Configure and improve workflows, permissions, dashboards, and reporting functionality
* Work with system owners, vendors, People teams, and IT to enhance system capability and user experience
* Provide training and guidance to colleagues on system use and reporting
* Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and user guidance
* Identify and implement system and process improvements in partnership with People and IT teams, including automation and AI solutions to enhance insights and efficiency
What we’re looking for
* Previous involvement in recruitment analytics, workforce planning, or coaching effectiveness measurement
* Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholder
* Experience of working with PeopleHR
* Experience of working with Kallidus
* Exposure to recruitment, learning, talent, or health & safety data
* Experience improving reporting processes, automation, or dashboards
* Understanding of data protection requirements in a people data context
* Highly analytical, detail orientated and solutions-focused
* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to non-specialists
* Ability to coach and train others in system use and data interpretation
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement
* High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information
* Ability to leverage AI and automation to enhance reporting, predictive analytics, and decision-making
