Position: Nursery Manager – Busy Bees Westminster (Central London) | Salary: Up to £50,000

Our Ofsted Good nursery is a nurturing environment for up to 64 children aged 3 months to 5 years , featuring:

As our Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional childcare
• Drive quality improvement and uphold strong EYFS practices
• Ensure full compliance and maintain a safe, well-managed environment
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
• Support team development and foster professional growth

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commercial awareness and keen attention to detail
• A genuine passion for high-quality early years education
